STRAIN GAUGE DISPLAY

Model 4004 
is a 4 digit (-1999 to 9999) LED Load Cell Indicator designed for mV inputs from load cells, strain gauges and strain gauge pressure transmitters. The stable bridge excitation voltage includes sense feedback to compensate for line variations.

The precision measuring front-end circuit ensures high accuracy and stability. A digital filtering feature allows for stable displays in noisy systems. Options include programmable analog output, alarm setpoints up to 4 relays, peak or valley hold, RS232 or RS485 communications, and many more.

LED LOAD CELL INDICATOR

Model 5004 
is a 5½ digit (-199999 to 199999) LED Load Cell Indicator designed for mV inputs from load cells, strain gauges and strain gauge pressure transmitters. The stable bridge excitation voltage includes sense feedback to compensate for line variations. The precision measuring front-end circuit ensures high accuracy and stability. Digital filtering and programmable display increment allow for steady high count readings. Options include programmable analog output, alarm setpoints with up to 4 relays, peak or valley hold, serial communications, and many more.

A feature of this programmable indicator / controller is the calibration method. The instrument may be pre-calibrated without load cell connections for zero and full scale values, and then on-site calibration may be done for deadweight offset and span calibration (single point test weight trim). This instrument meets CE and C-Tick EMC and EMI and Low Voltage directives.

BELT WEIGHER

Model 5013 
is a self-contained, easy-to-use indicator for belt weighing applications. All the features of more expensive systems are included in one indicator. The indicator features a full 5½ digit LED display (-199999 to 199999). Terminations to the instrument include load cell input, encoder input and totaliser reset input. Excitation for load cells is included as is a 24V DC supply for the shaft encoder or other speed pick-up. The stable bridge excitation output voltage includes sense feedback to compensate for line variations. The precision front-end circuitry ensures high stability and accuracy for the millivolt inputs from the load cells in the weigh belt system.

Options include analog output for external feed rate control, up to four alarms, pulse output for external totalised weight, RS232 or RS485 communications, plus many others. A feature of this programmable indicator / controller is the calibration method. Pre-calibrated ranges may be allocated zero and full-scale values and these may be adjusted on site to allow for deadweight or back-balance offset and single point span calibration (test weight trim). This instrument meets CE and C-Tick EMC and EMI and Low Voltage directives.

DYNAMOMETER INDICATOR

Model 5014 
is a self-contained, easy-to-use indicator for dynamometer applications. All the features of more expensive systems are included in one indicator. The indicator features a full 5½ digit LED display (-199999 to 199999). Inputs to the instrument include load cell input and proximity sensor or encoder input. Excitation for load cells is supplied as is a DC supply for the proximity switch or encoder. The stable bridge excitation output voltage includes sense feedback to compensate for line variations. The precision differential instrumentation opamp front end ensures high stability and accuracy for millivolt inputs from the load cells in the dynamometer system.

Options include analog output for external power indication or control, up to four alarms, RS232 or RS485 communications and many others. The calibration method is simple and easy. Pre-calibrated ranges can be allocated zero and full scale values and these can be adjusted on site to allow for back-balance (deadweight) offset and single point span calibration (test weight trim). LOAD CELL DISPLAY AND TRANSMITTER

Model 6004LC 
is a programmable field-mount isolated indicating load cell transmitter. This instrument incorporates a 60MHz 32-bit ARM7 micro-controller, including a real-time clock, data-logging, SD card slot, USB connectivity and a firmware upgrade boot-loader function.

The alphanumeric keypad allows users to enter tag numbers, calibration date, technician's name, and a host of other options. Relays may be configured as on/off, annunciators, fault or pulse counting outputs, with hysteresis and time delays. The 4 function buttons may be configured to toggle displays, to tare, or to change or accept alarms.

This unit incorporates PI control to allow the output to be used directly for load cell control or flow rate control. A special feature is the simulator, which allows analogue output and relay control to be simulated during system commissioning. A 15-point lineariser, min/max display hold, preset tare and auto-zero maintenance are all user selectable and programmable. The many functions, digital inputs and optional methods of setup are fully explained in the comprehensive operating manual.

Model 6004MF

PORTABLE LOAD CELL

Calog LC Display 
is a hand-held portable load cell and strain gauge indicator with data-logging functions and real-time clock.

The long lasting Li-ion battery pack allows this instrument to be used where measurements need to be taken in varying locations for about 6 hours between re-charges. The Calog load cell display may also be powered from a battery-charger plug-pack, from an external 12 volt battery, or from a vehicle power outlet with the included cable.

The Calog Load Cell Display may be set to read in units of Grams, Kilograms, Tonnes, Ounces, Pounds, Tons, Newtons or none with the corresponding mV's.
