- Model 1684A10L Diesel Tank Level Systems
- are comprised of a tank sensor and a 10 level LED remote display controller. These fully digital self-checking systems have no moving or corrosive parts. The switching levels are programmed into the solid state sensors by means of a computer and display the water level as well as providing relay outputs. The displays may be panel mounted, surface mounted or rail mounted types.

FIRE TRUCK WATER OR FOAM TANK LEVEL
- Model 1684-GEN Fire Truck
- tank level systems for fire appliances are comprised of tank sensors and one or more remote display controllers. These fully digital self-checking systems have no moving or corrosive parts.
- The solid state sensors may be calibrated for Water and Class A and Class B fire fighting foam concentrates. Levels are programmed into the sensors by means of a computer or with the hand-held battery powered setter.
- There are versions supplying alarm outputs for sirens and strobes with automatic or manual alarm acceptance as well as test functions. Special systems and customised displays are made to order. Various Water and Foam systems are made for the CFA (VIC), CFS (SA), FESA (WA), MFS (SA), RFS (ACT), RFS (NSW) and the RAAF in Australia. Sensor programming:
TANK LEVEL ALARMS
- Model 1684-LA Tank Level Alarms
- are used for High level Overfill or Low level Empty warnings in tanks. They may be used with or without Instrotech Model 1684 Water or Diesel Tank Level Systems.
- These units comprise Audible and Visual alarms in waterproof surface-mount or panel-mount housings. The alarms are initiated by an input switching to negative with a standard automatic time-out after 2 minutes. Other times are factory programmable on request. The alarms may also be cancelled by the integral momentary push-button and from a remote input switching to negative.
- Model 1684-HL Tank Level Alarms
- are used for High and Low level alarms in tanks, with or without Instrotech Model 1684 Water or Diesel Tank Level Systems.
- These units have Audible and Visual alarms are IP66 environmentally rated. The alarms automatically time-out after 2 minutes (other times may be factory programmed as required). The alarms may also be cancelled by the integral momentary push-button or from a remote switch.
- A Hysteresis contact inhibits repeated or spurious alarms in tanks with swirling liquids.
